So, It seems to me that it has been raining FOREVER. Actually, it's only been about a week. How did I ever grow up in the pacific NW? I am pretty sure that this makes it official. I'm now a southern girl who just can't take it anymore. I find that oddly disturbing though.
If you go to http://www.shreveporttimes.com/ and click on photos/videos, then go to Red River Rising. It's totally crazy. I go over the bridge all the time and I can assure that the water is indeed in the trees. I'm just glad my house sits up and the backyard slopes away from the house.
I need to get back outside for the important things like riding my bike, soccer practice, and just plan messin' around.
